Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 we provide you with the information below.
1) RSG Studio Legale Associato, having its registered office in Via 1° Maggio n. 86/c, Imola (Bologna), Italy, shall be responsible for the processing of data.
2) The processing of data related to the services of this web-site will occur at our registered office, and it will be exclusively carried out by people in charge of such processing.
3) The sending of e-mails to the addresses stated in this web-site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to the requests, as well as of any other personal data contained in the message.
4) The user can enter his/her personal data in the request forms or state them otherwise, to request information or other communications. Failure to provide such data may lead to the inability to receive the requested information.
5) Personal data will be processed by computer for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected. Specific security measures have been adopted to avoid any data loss, unlawful or improper use and any unauthorized access. RSG has adopted all minimum security measures as provided for by law.

2. there is the need to share such information with third parties to provide the requested service;
3. this is necessary to fulfil any requests by judicial or police authorities.
8) If a curriculum vitae is sent which contains sensitive personal data that is - pursuant to Article 4, Letter D of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - data concerning health conditions, or political, religious or trade union opinions (i.e. relating to the enrolment in movements or organization of this type), judicial data and information regarding racial or ethnic origins, where no explicit written consent to the treatment of such data is provided, such consent shall be requested in written form. If a reply is not received within 15 days, data shall be removed definitively.
9) The subjects to whom personal data relate shall have the right, at any time, to obtain the confirmation of their existence or non-existence, to be informed about their content and origin, to check their correctness and to request their integration, updating, modification, removal, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of illegally processed data, by contacting RSG, the party responsible for processing (Article 7 of Legislative Decree, 30th June 2003, no. 196).
